QuickBooks, Xero or Zoho Books? Bookkeeping tools for businesses outside the US
Most bookkeeping comparisons assume you're in the US. Here's what users and pricing data say for everyone else.
Blog / AI assistants
ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini are the three AI assistants most people try first. All three have a free plan, and their main paid plans all cost about $20 a month. So price won't decide it for you. What users report about each one should.
Below is what reviewers consistently say, based on Capterra reviews we checked in October 2026. Each name links to the full evidence page.
ChatGPT is rated 4.4 out of 5 from 407 Capterra reviews. Users like that it does a bit of everything in one place: writing, brainstorming, research, summaries and images. Many single out its Deep Research feature for thorough, sourced answers.
The most common complaint is accuracy. Reviewers say it can state wrong facts confidently, so anything important needs checking. Some also find its default writing generic until they guide it.
Pick it if you want one assistant for many jobs, including making images.
Claude is rated 4.4 out of 5 from 62 Capterra reviews. Users praise its clear, natural-sounding writing, its coding help and how well it summarises long documents.
The complaint users raise most is usage limits, especially on the free and lower plans. Some find answers long or overly cautious, and it doesn't create images.
Pick it if you write a lot, work with long documents or write code.
Gemini is rated 4.6 out of 5 from 95 Capterra reviews, the highest of the three. Users like that it works inside Gmail, Docs, Drive and Calendar, and they praise its image quality and generous free plan.
Like the others, it can give wrong answers with confidence. Users also report inconsistent image edits and support that's hard to reach.
Pick it if you already use Google apps every day and want a strong free option.
Still not sure? Vetstak Match asks what you'll use an assistant for, who it's for and your budget, then ranks all five assistants we cover, including Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity.
Every one of these assistants can be confidently wrong. Reviewers of all three say the same thing: use them to draft and think faster, but check facts, figures and anything legal, medical or financial before you rely on it.
Vetstak summarises what users report in public reviews. It isn't our personal opinion or professional advice, and some links may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Always confirm details with the tool's provider. Prices were checked in October 2026.
